Level 2: Realizing that consistency is the path to success. That it's more about getting started (the first 2 minutes) than the final summit.

As Stephen King would say, showing up every day at the writing table and waiting for the muse to show up. The muse shows up when she wants to, but your job is to open up the computer every day. In other words – hit publish.

Level 3: Integrating course correction into consistency. Understanding that your environment shapes who you are and who you want to become. Understanding that a one degree change alters the entire course of a flight. Understanding that the process of becoming the person who you think you are is gradual and then complete.
